How do I start booking my wedding?

Shoot us a message with any particular questions you may have and we will respond quickly with more info and a brief questionnaire for you. We do this because we want to understand each element of your big day to ensure our artistic style will align with your vision and in some cases we offer discounts such as traveling to a new state or unique venue. How do I book my wedding date?

Your wedding date is officially reserved upon return of the signed contract and receipt of a retainer. Availability on a first come, first, book basis. Deposits are non-refundable.

How many images are included in an engagement session? A wedding?

Each collection tier offers a different amount of professional edits based on the engagement collections purchased. Weddings can range anywhere from 75-500 however each session is unique. The number can vary depending on how many guest(s),venue(s), and photographers you would like, add-ons, details, and the volume of action.

Will you hold my date?

Your wedding date is officially reserved upon receipt of your signed contract and full deposit. Dates are available on a first come, first book basis.

When will my photos be ready?

Weddings - 4 weeks (up to 6 during wedding season), Portraits - 2 weeks

Can we pick out poses and locations we would like to use?

Of course! We always encourage our clients to create unique custom sessions and our regular prices include all of Springfield. Basic travel fees apply for travel of 20 miles or more.

How long have you been in the wedding photography business?

I photographed by first paid wedding 10 years ago and have been at it ever since!

Do you travel for destination weddings and events?

Yes, we happily travel anywhere in the lower 48 states for our standard rates plus minimal travel expenses which we sometimes wave if it's a place we've never been!

Can we purchase all the images taken from our session on CD, DVD, or flash drive?

Yes, for an additional fee you may purchase all of the unedited images from your session. Amount of the fee depends on session type and volume of images.

How long will you store our photos?

Photos are kept forever on external hard drives and digital replacements are always available for a $50 fee.

What if we need to cancel or change the date?

The deposit is non-refundable in the case of a cancellation on part of the client. If you choose to move your date, and I am available, I will happily transfer your contract to the nearest date or another date of your choice if it is available.
